This was a little experimental project I developed that combines both 3D and hand-drawn animation. The concept stems from the age-old question: what do they do when we're not around? For these birds, apparently, it's the ability to express themselves through nu-disco dance inspired by 80s era Jazzercise. I think if I were to revisit this, I'd render the 3D background with a toon shader to better integrate the two animation techniques used. Ideally, I'd also like to create a cover of the stand-in song that sounds like it is sung by ducks.
